Step 1:
Download the relevant firmware from here
extract (unzip) the files.
Download the relevant flashing tool from here and install it on your computer. If you are prompted for driver installation, then confirm installation.
Step 2:
Start the flashing tool and connect your device (powered on) to the PC with a USB cable. Now follow this step:

Attach the USB cable to your computer, Hold the “Volume (-)” Key on the tablet then with “Volume (-)” key pressed connect the other end of the USB cable to USB port of your tablet.

After it has completed 100% you can remove the USB Cable and power On the device. After the first reboot, you will see all the default application.
