(KB 4056) Unable to connect the Enthral S9 Bluetooth headset to phone. It asks for password

The Enthral S9 bluetooth headset does not need password to connect. If it asks for password, as shown in the image follow the steps below:-

Step 1

This may have happened if the bluetooth headset is not charged. Please charge the headset with the USB given in the box.

Let the headset get fully charged for atleast 2-3 hours and then press the power button for 10 seconds.Step 4

Follow the steps from here to connect the headset to your phone.
