(KB 3629) The cardboard app installed on my smartphone but the VR headset is not working, what do I do?

  1. Check to see if your smartphone is compatible on Google Cardboard’s list.
  2. If you just installed the Cardboard App, try rebooting your phone.
  3. When it opens, try double tapping the screen through the intro of the Cardboard App.
  4. Install another mobile VR app that can be found in the Google Play Store.If that works, then you have not installed the cardboard application properly – uninstall and reinstall the application.
