If you are getting the above mentioned screen then please follow these steps:
Step1:
Connect your X3G charger to wall socket
Step2:
Now, connect the charger to X3G Tablet and Power on the charger.
Step3:
Once the device starts showing blinking icon as shown in above screenshot, hold the POWER button of Tablet (around 30 seconds) until you see android startup logo. Then let go off the POWER button of your tablet.
Your device should now function normally. However, if you are still experiencing problem then please contact our support staff.
