DOMO DOA Request Form

If request is found in voalation of any terms stated below then DOA will be rejected.

  1. Device should not be physically damaged or water damaged
  2. Device should have all accessories intact along with original box packing and documentation
  3. Proper retail invoice should be uploaded in the form below as an attachment
  4. DOA should be reported online within 7 days from the date of invoice
  5. Problem reported by buyer should be reproducible & genuine
